Dilated pupil:

-anticholinergic (e.g.  atropine, tricyclic antidepressant ) <BP will be lower>
-adrenergic (e.g. cocaine, amphetamine) <BP will be higher>

Constricted pupil:

-cholinergic (e.g. organophosphate poisoning) <antidote: atropine>
-opioids (e.g. morphine, heroin)  <antidote: naloxone>
